Although just five minutes walk to the main campus, the free university bus service includes iQ Student Quarter.

All iQ student Quarter tenants are required to provide a UK based guarantor. The guarantor agrees to pay the rent and any other unpaid charges, in the event of you being unable to do so. Any tenant unable to provide a UK based guarantor who we can validate will be required to pay the full annual rent in advance.
A £250.00 non refundable booking fee will secure your place. This converts to a security deposit once your tenancy commences.
